We’re a local small batch artisanal producer of cured meats. A special place dedicated to crafting the highest quality forms of charcuterie. We’ve sunk countless hours into research and development for each of our signature cured meats; combining tradition, science, and a deep love for flavor. We aim to bring something truly special to your table.

Our Story
Like many great things, Carne Curado was started out of curiosity. I started dry aging and curing meat in my free time, driven by a fascination with the curing process. There was something magical to me about how the most basic ingredients, given the right treatment and time, could transform into something with such complex and deep flavors.
What started as a weekend experiment quickly grew into a hobby, then an obsession. After a year or so of RnD, my friends and family loved my creations so much after trying them, they started to buy some from me.
Thanks to them, here we are today.

We believe that while tradition is important, we’re also big fans of science. We would like to think that we’re a blend of tradition and innovation. In our cured meats, we use a blend of probiotics and mold cultures to protect and enhance the flavors of our charcuterie.
