Crafted in small batches in-house, this handmade classic bresaola is cured and air dried for ~1-2 months using traditional methods. Made from whole lean muscles of Brazillian cattle, and cured with a blend of salts, hand-mixed herbs and spices to bring out its natural depth of flavor.
After curing it is carefully air-dried over a month, allowing time to develop a delicate texture and a rich, savory taste with just the right hint of earthy meatiness. Available in our classic or red wine variants.

Storage Conditions: Chilled. Keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days upon opening.
