Cured and dried in-house, Lonzo, also known as lonzino, is a traditional Italian dry-cured pork loin celebrated for its delicate and nuanced flavor profile. Using traditional techniques and carefully selected cuts of premium pork loin, we season each loin is precisely with a hand mixed blend of salts, spices and traditional herbs.
The muscle is then cured and slowly air dried over ~1-2 months to develop its firm texture and refined flavor, a gentle savouriness that enhances the natural sweetness of the pork.

Storage Conditions: Chilled. Keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days upon opening.
